U-CAIR Clean Air Pledge
The Utah Clean Air Partnership is an initiative led by Governor Gary Herbert to improve air quality in Utah. U-CAIR aims to build on the emission reductions local governments and community organizations have already achieved and to encourage individuals to do something to improve Utah's air quality.
